  • Is the building secure? How do guests get in?

  • Yes - very secure. Owners will have 2 key fobs that allow access to the garage or to the doors 24 hours a day. Visitors enter the vestibule on the west side (open 24 hours) and dial your unit number from the directory. You can buzz them in if desired, from your cell phone, even if you are not home.

  • Speaking of the garage, what is the parking situation?

  • Each Condo comes with one underground parking stall. It is an assigned stall that is yours. There is secure access to the parking ramp and secure access to the building. Additional stalls can be either leased or purchased. There is free surface parking on the lot to the west of the building as well as on 3rd Street. There is a two hour limit on the surface lot until 5:30.

  • Do appliances come with the units?

  • Yes. All appliances are included with the purchase of a condo, including a washer/dryer.

  • Can I pick my own finishes?

  • Possibly. If you choose a unit that is not finished, you can choose your cabinets, counters, paint, floor coverings, etc. If any other changes are made, there may be additional cost.

  • Can we have pets?

  • Yes...small pets up to 30 pounds and preferably box or pad trained. No pets will be allowed in the commercial areas.

  • Are utility bills included?

  • No. You do have to pay your utility bills - electric, cable, phone, water. However, the utility bills have been extremely low since there is only one exterior wall and the hallways are heated and cooled by the association.

  • How does insurance work?

  • The association holds the insurance on the exterior and the common areas so each owner will only need to pay a "condo owners policy" which essentially covers the interior of the unit - from the sheetrock in.

  • What is the Association Fee and what does it cover?

  • $175. This covers all common area maintenance of the building, snow removal, insurance on the exterior of the building, exercise room, etc.
