2001 Production Awards


Ron McManamy, President of United Real Estate Solutions, Inc, has announced the Sales Associates who received special recognition for 2001 Achievements at the Greater Sioux City Board of Realtors annual awards banquet, held Saturday, January 19 at Dakota Dunes Country Club.

Bronze Award winners included Marilyn Prescott, Elwood Marquardt, Peggy Christensen, Phyllis VanEvera, Kevin McManamy, Rick Arnold, Sharon Shook, Delores Bogenrief, Joe Krage, Katie Madison and Carolyn Oleson.

Silver Awards went to Keith Howard, Judy Clayton, Della Grindberg, Jim Gergeni, Scott Miller and Dawn Conover.

Recipients of the Gold Award were Bob Campbell, Ken Brandvold, Fred Holcomb, Julie Eickhoff, Cyndi Unger, Ann Peterson and Sarah Imig.

The distinguished Platinum Award went to Anne Danielson and earning coveted Diamond Award honors were Vic Hendriks, Colonel Krage, Betty DeLong, Pat Wojcik and Chuck Burnett.

Receiving highest honors, the prestigious Presidential Award, were Barb Kimmel, Linda Mathison, Cheri Bracht and Dick Salem.

Each year, the Board of Realtors presents an award to the Sales Associate who exhibits a high degree of professionalism and an extraordinary level of service to the Board and the community as a whole as voted by the membership. Named this year's Realtor of the Year was Ann Peterson, a ten year veteran of the Real Estate profession. She is a past President of the Greater Sioux City Board of Realtors.
