eFILE Solutions Provides Upgraded Level of Customer Service


Sioux City-Ron McManamy, President of United Real Estate Solutions, Inc. today announced the addition of a new Transaction Management System to the company’s expanded Customer Service Department. eFILE Solutions™ is a custom built transaction tracking and document management system designed to offer quick and easy access to any transaction related document from any internet connected computer anywhere in the world. This access is now being offered to all of the company’s buyers and sellers as well as the real estate community and will allow parties to a transaction to maintain electronic access to a file for a period of five years.

Documents are stored in common electronic .pdf formats and assigned varying user/security access levels. In addition to document storage, the system has a built-in status tracking system to monitor the progress of a transaction from start to finish.
