United Real Estate Announces 3rd Quarter Production Awards


Sioux City-Ron McManamy, President of United Real Estate Solutions, Inc. presented production awards to the company’s top producers at their Quarterly Awards breakfast held this week. Those earning Bronze Awards were Delores Bogenrief, Vic Hendriks, Sue Ferris, Moriah Savage, Ed Walsh, Carolyn Oleson, Joe Krage and Sharon Shook.

Silver Award winners included Jacque Yaneff, Scott Miller, Galdino Guzman, Betty DeLong, Keith Howard, Jim Gergeni, Elwood Marquardt and Sarah Imig.

Recipients of the Gold Award included Judy Clayton, Della Grindberg and Anne Danielson.

The coveted Platinum Award for superior production during the third quarter of 2002 was presented to Cyndi Unger, Fred Holcomb, Chuck Burnett, Linda Mathison, Ken Brandvold and Peggy Christensen. Diamond Awards went to outstanding producers, Pat Wojcik, Julie Eickhoff, Colonel Krage, Rick Arnold and Bob Campbell.

Earning the real estate industry’s highest production honors, the President’s award, were Kevin Archer, Ann Peterson, Cheri Bracht, Barb Kimmel and Dick Salem.

Individual company awards were also presented to the overall Top Producer in several categories. Top Lister Award for highest number of listings taken during the 3rd Quarter went to Barb Kimmel. Honors for Highest Closed Listing Volume during the quarter went to Dick Salem. Salem was also recognized for Highest Closed Sales Volume as well as Highest Overall Production Volume.
