United Real Estate Solutions Names Management


With their recent move to the new corporate headquarters, Ron McManamy, President, along with the Boad of Directors of United Real Estate Solutions, Inc. announced their selections to the companies Management positions.

Named General Sales Manager for the newly merged company was Fred Holcomb, previously Sales Manager for the former HomeLand Realty. Holcomb is a 29 year veteran of the real estate business and has been a licensed broker for 27 years.

Promoted to Director of Career Development was Kevin McManamy who joined the staff of HomeLand Realty in December of 1992. McManamy joined the sales staff in 1996 and for the past several years has also been responsible for training new Sales Associates.

Cathy Stueve was named to the position of Office Manager and Director of Marketing. She is a 14 year veteran of the real estate business having been involved in Sales, Marketing and Administration at the former HomeLand Realty.

United Real Estate Solutions, Inc. is Siouxland's largest real estate company. They recently completed the move to their new corporate offices at 835 Gordon Dr. and also maintain offices at 125 E. 19th St. in So. Sioux City and at the So. Hills Mall.
