Garcia grew up in a small town in Oaxaca, Mexico and moved to the Sioux City area shortly after graduating high school. He is fluent in three languages English, Spanish, and Zapotec – which is his hometown dialect. Garcia and his wife have four children and a lab/chihuahua mix named "Chucho." When not working with clients, Garcia is active in his church in leadership roles as a deacon and used to serve as worship director.
